Billing Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding your bill, please contact VOZ at support@vozpr.com or 611 immediately. You have 20 days from the date of invoice to dispute a charge. After 20 days, all charges will be deemed accepted and payment is due in full. While we recommend you report the dispute to 611 immediately, all disputes must be received in writing.
